Upon graduation from a University in USA, our founder became a corporate Training Manager for three years and a Consultant for five years in Hong Kong before immigrating to Canada & became a fund-raiser for non-profit organizations and a church Pastor.

Transformational Leadership Consulting began in 2020. We’re a full-service training and consulting company for executives all throughout Canada. For many years, he successfully operated his church and grew his congregation. The secret to keeping everything going smoothly, he found, was clear communication. That’s what drew him to the John Maxwell material and to the DISC method in 2016. Now he’s a certified business coach here to serve entrepreneurs and executives in Canada. He’s well versed in the DISC method as well as all of the John Maxwell training material.
